Duren's Piggly Wiggly Return Policy

  • Piggly Wiggly reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager's approval and may be limited at his or her discretion.
  • All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and will be refunded in the original purchase tender type, subject to the exceptions below:
    • Deli order purchases of any kind will only be considered for exchange or refund within 24 hours of original purchase, if the order is incorrect due to the fault of this store or if the product is not of the quality expected. Receipt required.
    • No refunds on appliances, electronics, and other general merchandise items. If defective, they must be returned in the complete original packaging, with original receipt, within 5 days to be exchanged for same item only.
    • No refunds on seasonal merchandise, including but not limited to tents, umbrellas, coolers, chairs, towels, clothing, hats, shoes, fishing tackle, all beach supplies and beach toys.
    • No refunds on any items marked "reduced for clearance" or "final sale".
    • No refunds on any purchase made via Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) or WIC or SNAP (food stamps). Exchange for same item only.
    • No refunds on refrigerated or frozen foods. Exchange for same item only within 24 hours of original purchase.
    • Due to health and safety concerns, only unopened packages of over-the-counter medications and health/beauty aids will be refunded with original receipt, within 5 days of purchase.
  • We cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges for any of the following: Gift cards, greeting cards, books, newspapers, magazines or other periodicals, stamps, plants, any tobacco items, or other items as prohibited by law.
